Just a reservation
Do you have a special event to celebrate with a few friends? We take reservations for parties of 6 or more and can comfortably accommodate up to 40 in our dining room for lunch or dinner. Patio seating is first come, first serve.
How many guests can you accommodate?
The Great Ball Room can accommodate up to 240 guests. Smaller parties between 60 and 110 guests can be hosted in the Great Room. Smaller events of 20-40 guests can be accommodated. Minimum requirements may vary based on the day and time of the event. Patio requirements are based on day, time, and event type.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes, you may use your choice of favorite decorations and center pieces (only in The Great Ballroom and Grand Room), however, nothing is allowed to be taped or tacked onto the walls. All types of confetti are not permitted, included inside balloons.
How early can I come to decorate?
We allow one hour before the start of the event. If more time is necessary and depending on the event prior, accommodations must be approved in advance, by the catering manager.
Can I have entertainment?
Yes, DJs and Bands are permitted in the Main Ballroom and Grand Room. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them, in the Brick Room or on the outside Patio. All Vendors must supply a certificate of insurance. Vendors will be allowed into the room one hour prior to the start of the event. Any earlier accommodations must be approved in advance by the catering manager. Vendors have 1/2 hour after the event to tear down.
Can my guests purchase beverages in the restaurant during my event?
Yes. Please take note, some parties start before or will end after the normal operation time of the restaurant. Therefore the restaurant bar may not be available for the entire time of your event.
